About indasys IT Systemhaus Gruppe

What is indasys?

indasys (full name indasys IT Systemhaus Gruppe) is a German IT systems house — "IT Systemhaus seit 1999" — that has supported customers for more than 25 years with infrastructure, cloud, security and managed IT services. Its four service pillars are IT infrastructure (networks, datacentre, modern workplace), cloud services (Microsoft 365, backup, mobile device management), IT security (penetration testing, endpoint security, cyber incident response) and IT services (managed services, support, consulting, repair). indasys serves schools, SMBs, enterprises and the public sector, and runs a busy repair centre handling up to 1,500 laptop repairs a year. The group has grown its revenue by roughly 8% annually and is ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certified.

Where will I work?

indasys is headquartered in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf, in a new building on Motorstraße clad in a photovoltaic shell that makes the site climate-neutral — backed by around 648 solar panels covering its 160,000 kWh demand. Further locations span Karlsruhe, Freudenstadt and Pliezhausen. Working is hybrid and flexible: staff can work from home, with the office described as "nur einen Wunsch, aber keine Verpflichtung" (only a wish, not an obligation) of 1–2 days a week. A single core-hours window of 10:00–15:00 is the only fixed rule, giving what indasys calls maximum flexibility.

What is the indasys team like?

The team is 120-plus people and growing, united by the slogan "Perfect Teamplay" and a stated vision of becoming one of the Top 10 IT systems houses in Baden-Württemberg. The culture emphasises loyalty, trust, customer focus and a performance-friendly environment, with a deliberately familiar, supportive atmosphere and a habit of celebrating shared successes. New joiners get a structured onboarding — a welcome lunch on day one followed by 30- and 100-day feedback conversations — and continuous learning runs through the internal indasys Academy.

Work-Life Balance

indasys positions itself as an early adopter of the 4-day week: "als Vorreiter in der IT-Branche schon jetzt die 4-Tage-Woche" (a pioneer in the IT industry, already offering the 4-day week), where employees work nine hours across four days and have one full day off each week, at full pay. This is paired with flexible home-office working and the loose 10:00–15:00 core hours, so the reduced week sits inside a genuinely flexible model rather than a rigid one.

Perks and Benefits

The benefits are unusually generous for a mid-sized IT house. A Performance-Bonus pays out 50% of the company's monthly surplus to all employees — apprentices included — and a Sozialbonus delivers automatic, no-negotiation pay rises tied to tenure, family changes and age. There is a company pension (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge), Job-Rad bike leasing, free drinks and a fruit basket, an active corporate health-management programme, and weekly on-site physiotherapist massages every Thursday that can be taken during working hours. Regular seasonal team events run under the "4Seasons@indasys" initiative.
