Your Tasks
You accompany our specialists in their daily work and are assigned diverse and exciting tasks. You are responsible for the planning and configuration of IT systems. This includes installing and setting up hardware components, operating systems and networks in line with customer requirements. When faults occur, you are on hand with modern diagnostic systems and help users with application problems. In the first year of your apprenticeship, you rotate through all six teams of the Enterprise IT Services department – here you learn from the best and can continually expand and deepen your knowledge. In the second year of training, you work more independently and rotate through the teams in the IT & Administration Services department on a 4-month cycle. As your training progresses, your responsibility grows: in the third year, you already know all your strengths and bring them every day into a team that suits you. In this team, you also work on your final project, which we continuously support professionally and assist you with at any time, including mentally. Even during your apprenticeship, we enable you to earn certifications in the technical field. On the one hand, this validates the quality of our training, and on the other hand, the content of the certification courses will help you in your final examinations.
Our apprenticeship is among the best, as shown by numerous successes in recent years: we have already been repeatedly honored by the IHK Stuttgart for particularly good performance – and in the most recent graduating year 2025, we even trained the Federal Best IT Specialist Digital Networking. We are very proud of these successes!
Must Haves
You have a convincing intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a good university entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). Holders of the general university entrance qualification (Abitur) are also warmly welcome. In the subjects German, English and Mathematics, you paid close attention, and your grades now show it. You already have your car driving license.

- Small ecological footprint: The façade and roof of our company building are fully covered with photovoltaic modules, so we are climate-neutral and generate our own electricity. Especially in IT, this is an important building block for leaving the smallest possible ecological footprint.
- Social responsibility: Sustainability is part of our DNA. We have committed to a binding environmental protection concept, with which we save 180 tonnes of CO2 annually. In our in-house repair center, too, we focus on repairing rather than disposing, saving many tonnes of electronic waste each year. An important side effect: by repairing used devices and making them available on the secondary market, people with a limited budget can also afford good IT. This makes us especially proud!
