Your Tasks
This apprenticeship offers you exciting and innovative projects. You will inform and advise our customers on the procurement of various IT products. To do this, you analyze their requirements and create suitable quotes. Other responsibilities include procuring hardware and software and carrying out marketing measures. Project management, including resource planning, is also an important area of responsibility. You will be thoroughly prepared for these tasks by us. For example, you practice how to train users in operating the systems. It is also important that you can distinguish the market-standard devices, programs and systems according to their performance. During your apprenticeship you will rotate through our two departments "Schools, Cities and Municipalities" and "SMB and Enterprise". You follow a weekly training plan for each of our solutions – this way we support you professionally and you continually expand your knowledge until you become a professional yourself!
Must Haves
A convincing Realschulabschluss (intermediate secondary school certificate) or a good Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification). Holders of the Abitur (general university entrance qualification) are also warmly welcome. In the subjects German, English and Mathematics you paid close attention, and your grades now show it.

In our in-house repair center, too, we focus on repairing rather than disposing, and thus save many tons of electronic waste each year. An important side effect: by repairing used devices and making them available on the secondary market, people with a small budget can also afford good IT. This makes us particularly proud!
