WE’RE CATEGORY CREATORS. When you’re redefining the approach to productivity, there’s no playbook to follow. We need innovative team members who want to pave new roads and change the future of engineering.

WE’RE SMALL BUT MIGHTY. This is just the beginning. Our pioneering team has to be flexible as the company scales and grows.

WE’RE SOLVING A PERSISTENT PROBLEM. Work has been messy for, well, ever. Many have proposed solutions, and yet, things have stayed the same. This calls for creativity, perseverance, and a belief that imminent change is possible.

We’re data analysts, developers, organizational science experts, storytellers, designers, and mission-driven people who like having a problem to solve. We’ve worked in VC-backed, boot-strapped and large corporate environments. We are well-funded with three premier investors, Norwest Venture Partners (NVP), Madrona Venture Group, and Voyager Capital.

MOST OF ALL - We are #peoplefirst and value progress over perfection. You will be empowered to set and drive the direction of projects, and encouraged to deliver incremental value rather than getting it perfect at the start.

As we scale our business, we are searching for an experienced software developer to join the service reliability engineering team initially focused on our internal developer tooling. You will have the opportunity to have an immediate impact, expand on your existing skill set, implement software tools that will be used company-wide to improve overall engineering productivity, and grow with us as we tackle exciting new challenges.

  • Experience developing code in at least 1 high level language.

  • Experience building and supporting large scale CI pipelines implemented in tools like Jenkins or TeamCity

  • Experience working with different cloud technologies

  • You are very comfortable working from the CLI, debugging and troubleshooting issues

  • Automation first approach to building and maintaining systems

  • Effective collaboration style

  • Clear communication skills

  • Curiosity and a desire to learn new skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with IaC concepts and tooling

  • Experience with artifact management and promotion

  • Experience supporting data pipelines and related tooling

  • Familiarity with microservice architecture

  • Familiarity with administration of Tableau servers

WE OFFER:

  • Being a part of an ambitious, early-stage startup where we have clear goals, work swiftly under pressure, have strong attention to detail, and put the customer experience first.

  • Being able to work on a variety of different projects and choose your growth direction as we expand the team

  • Your office can be anywhere in North America, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need for a full set up.

  • We value diversity and strive to create an environment where everyone can feel safe, valued, empowered, and connected.

  • Competitive compensation and stock options.

  • Full benefits package including parental leave, a 401k program, PTO, and medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.

  • Stipends for wellness, personal development and professional development.

We encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all requirements. Studies have shown that some individuals are less likely to apply to jobs if they don't feel they meet every requirement.
