Business Development Associate

4 x 8hr days (100% pay)Remote · USA

Cyber Nest is a fast-growing technology company with fully established businesses in the USA. We are expanding our team and are now looking for a Business Development Executive to contribute to achieving the company's business growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue and improve profitability by finding new business opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling
  • Create customized sales strategies to increase company sales
  • Gather data to help grow the business through market research
  • Prospecting on business platforms to explore business opportunities by getting projects / making new clients for the company.
  • Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, LinkedIn)
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities. Maintaining client activities in CRM (Apollo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc
  • Should be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target
  • Generating sales reports for CEO & Director Sales Department
  • Managing Accounts

Must-Have:

  • Must have atleast 1-2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive
  • Proven expertise in freelance platforms mentioned above.
  • Must understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
  • Hands-on knowledge in writing proposals for projects of IT Services, Web and Mobile Application development
  • Must communicate fluently and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must have experience in professional Email Writing.
  • Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications
  • Should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
