Cyber Nest is a fast-growing technology company with fully established businesses in the USA and Australia. We are expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our talented Web Development Team.
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications. You will mentor junior developers, collaborate closely with designers and backend teams, and drive best practices across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of responsive, interactive web applications using modern front-end frameworks.
- Translate complex UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services efficiently.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility, accessibility, and optimal performance.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and trends, and implement them when appropriate.
- Drive architectural decisions for front-end projects and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Must-Have Skills & Tools:
- Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular, including state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous request handling.
- Proficiency with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment workflows.
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead teams, make architectural decisions, and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
