Regional Sales Manager
Nordic & Baltic Region
As part of our territory expansion with STMicroelectronics and other suppliers into the Nordic and Baltic regions, we are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our roll out across these key markets. Ideally based in Denmark or Sweden, you will take ownership of developing and sustaining strong, long term relationships with both new and established customers throughout the region.
This is a high impact, strategic role that blends commercial leadership with deep engagement in one of the most innovative electronics ecosystems. You will leverage our world class line up of partner suppliers, your sound relationship management and demand creation principles. You will be building a team to proactively identify and convert new business opportunities, while reinforcing our position as a trusted technology partner.
Success in this role requires extensive knowledge of the region’s electronics sector gained through experience within an electronic component distributor or manufacturer environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and expand customer relationships by visiting customer sites, promoting Anglia and our suppliers, and securing both existing and new business opportunities.
- Engage and negotiate effectively across all levels within customer organisations.
- Develop tailored strategies to maximise our opportunity in each customer using both fulfilment and demand‑creation methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with our Field Applications Engineering teams to drive customer innovation, solve technical challenges, and accelerate time‑to‑market using the latest technologies.
- Represent the business at regular exhibitions and technology days, enhancing visibility and fostering commercial momentum.
