Job Description
Hard Services Management, encompassing the administration, control, and optimization of physical infrastructure and critical building systems, including:
- Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive building maintenance activities, ensuring operational continuity and asset reliability
- Monitor, coordinate, and validate the performance of critical systems: electrical, HVAC (air conditioning), hydraulic, uninterruptible power supplies, and other utilities
- Develop, review, and apply technical inspection checklists, operational audits, and periodic verification routines
- Analyze, validate, and monitor maintenance plans and schedules ensuring optimization of contracted suppliers' activities
- Conduct and ensure that service providers supply, execute, and comply with maintenance plans in accordance with HSSE standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and regulatory standards, internal policies, and safety best practices (NR10, NR35, among others)
- Manage maintenance contracts and suppliers, negotiating scope, deadlines, costs, and service levels (SLAs), with a focus on performance and quality
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance indicators (SLA, response time, availability, recurring failures), proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements
- Identify opportunities for contractual benefits, aiming at cost reduction, annual budget optimization, and operational efficiency gains
- Develop, implement, and monitor action plans related to continuous improvements, correction of operational failures, risk mitigation, and sustainability actions
- Work in an integrated manner with internal stakeholders, promoting innovation, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and best practices in Facilities Management
Administrative and Strategic Management:
- Control the department's budget (OPEX/CAPEX)
- Develop management reports and indicators (KPIs)
- Develop action plans for performance improvement and cost reduction
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Act with an integrated Facilities vision aligned to the business

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- Solid experience in Facilities / Project Management - Construction
- Third-party and contract management
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and Project Management tools (AutoCAD)
