Job Description
We are looking for people who enjoy working with autonomy and collaboration. After all, it is only together that we will be able to fully understand the client's needs and deliver the best results always! As an SRE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and success, ensuring that systems are always available, resilient, and scalable.
You will help us:

Ensure that the architecture meets the needs and technical requirements of the execution team, working together with IT teams (Architecture, Security, Infrastructure) and business areas;

Maintain and evolve our environment with microservices, AWS, and with a focus on information security.
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
-
Knowledge of DevOps practices: understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Knowledge of operating systems and systems administration: familiarity with Linux/Unix, server management, networks and protocols, as well as troubleshooting skills related to distributed systems.

Experience with cloud infrastructure architecture and deployment: practical knowledge of major AWS services, and skills to design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient architectures.

Automation skills and management tools: experience with automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or others, for provisioning, deployment, and system configuration, as well as familiarity with monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK Stack, among others.

Experience in troubleshooting and monitoring: ability to identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues in production environments, using monitoring tools and log analysis.

Strong communication and teamwork skills: ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, operations, and other functional areas.
Some tools we use daily that you need to know and have some experience with:

Provide support and guidance to the development team regarding DevOps best practices.

Experience with root cause analysis (Postmortem)

Experience with AWS cloud environment administration and management
-
Experience with Kubernetes/EKS cluster administration and management and their workloads
-
Experience with Helm for application deployment on Kubernetes

Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog, among others).

Create and maintain automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, among others)
-
Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (ElasticSearch/MongoDB).

CI/CD GitOps pipelines.
