Founded in 2013, Praytell has more than a decade of awards including PRWeek's Best Place to Work (8x and counting), Agency of the Year, "and even a few your mom might recognize." Praytell is part of Project Worldwide, the agency's parent company, and runs an innovation lab called Swingset Studios, a Praytell Innovation Lab.
The agency's "Creative That Earns" process is built on four steps: (1) Binge it — "deep, intentional research of your brand, landscape, competitors. Rigor and rabbit holes alike. Insights that fuel ideas no one will see coming." (2) Live it — "a brand deep dive with maximum immersion that marries the data from step one with real lived experience." (3) Break it — "in a media landscape with too many pitches and too few journalists, every idea or launch needs to feel different from what came before. News has to feel new." (4) Test it — using a one-of-a-kind media panel of dozens of working editors who provide "candid, secure and compensated" feedback on ideas before they're pitched.

Praytell is 100% remote within the US — "Flexible work locations within the US — remote is a-ok!" — with physical hubs and offices in LA, SF, Austin, Chicago, Minneapolis, and New York. What is the Praytell team like?
Praytell is currently hiring across Integrated Communications: Director of Media Relations (Sports), Account Director (Lifestyle & Wellness PR), Account Supervisor (Sports PR), and Senior Account Director, Travel PR. The team operates five Employee Resource Groups: BEACON, Compañeros, elevAsian, Herizon, and Prism.
