Job Description
Ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives within the B2B Platform / Integrations context, leading technical execution (backend + data), agile cadence, and delivery quality, with a focus on:
• Java + Spring Boot for building/evolving services and APIs,
• PySpark + Databricks for pipelines, validations, and large-scale processing,
• standardization, observability, security, and operational stability in integrations.
Delivery & Management
• Plan and conduct the complete delivery cycle (technical discovery, refinement, planning, execution, validation, deployment, and post-implementation), ensuring predictability, quality, and governance.
• Lead agile ceremonies and increase adherence to DoR/DoD criteria, reducing rework and risks from functional/technical gaps.
• Manage technical backlog (technical debt, observability, vulnerabilities), negotiating priorities with Product and stakeholders without losing focus on Atlas outcomes.
• Monitor and report performance indicators (e.g., lead time/cycle time, incidents, availability, throughput, quality), creating continuous improvement routines.
Technical Leadership
• Ensure architecture and standards for APIs and microservices (contracts, versioning, idempotency, resilience, performance, security).
• Coordinate Databricks/PySpark pipeline deliveries, covering ingestion, validations, quality rules, traceability, and audit.
• Direct improvements in file processing and integrations, reducing operational risk and troubleshooting time.
Operational Excellence
• Ensure that deliveries reach production without impact to partners, with rollout plan, monitoring, and contingency.
• Evolve observability practices (metrics, logs, traces), reducing "gray zones" and unproductive escalations; ensure that monitoring reflects the real criticality of the business.
• Work on vulnerability and hardening topics (e.g., standardization by "golden image" when applicable), with prioritization discipline and evidence.
Qualifications
• Solid experience in engineering team coordination (or technical leadership with strong delivery involvement), with a track record of production deliveries and dependency management.
• Experience in high operational criticality contexts, B2B integrations, and/or platforms with multiple internal/external consumers.
• Java + Spring Boot (microservices, REST APIs, integration patterns, automated testing, and best practices).
• DoR/DoD practices, technical refinement, estimation, capacity-based planning, and ceremony facilitation.
• Practical knowledge of observability (logs/metrics/traces) and directing improvements with a focus on rapid diagnosis.
