Job Description

Responsible for coordinating the activities of the Technology team, with a focus on delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Acts in the leadership of people, management of complex projects, and support of critical applications, with a direct impact on customer experience and business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Engineering teams (squads, operations, and vendors).
  • Develop people and build new leadership.
  • Manage vendors and technical contracts.
  • Evaluate and propose technological solutions aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Plan and manage system evolution and implementation projects.
  • Manage project budgets and track KPIs.
  • Prioritize backlog with Product according to criticality and business impact.
  • Define and execute rollout strategies for new features.
  • Translate business needs into a technical roadmap and action plan.

  • Support the team in solving complex technical problems.
