A cooperation has been agreed – now it will be published on our Urlaubsguru channels. This is where you come in: You design a strong after-sales journey, bring our B2B partners and internal teams together, and make sure agreements turn into successfully implemented campaigns.
From the signed order confirmation to the finished reporting, you hold all the threads together. You coordinate appointments, content, approvals and key figures, support our Sales & Partnership Managers in day-to-day business, and develop our processes further together with the team.
Your work location: With our hybrid working model "Urlaubsguru Balance", you can work remotely for up to 120 working days per year. On the remaining days, you work on site at our headquarters in Holzwickede.
Please note: We cannot consider fully remote applications for this position. Only apply if our working model suits you and your place of residence well.
Important: The position is initially limited to one year as a maternity cover.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of our B2B Sales team, you are in direct contact with our partners and handle the execution of agreed campaigns.
- Campaign coordination: You coordinate appointments, partner inputs, image rights, tickets and approvals with our internal teams such as Marketing & Product
- Partner communication: You send previews, clarify questions and agree on publication dates
- Documentation & reporting: You document published content and create partner reports with relevant key figures and screenshots
- Sales support: You coordinate media kit updates, obtain key figures for partner offers, and take care of invoice processing in preparation for accounting
- Meetings & CRM: You schedule calls, create minutes, and maintain product descriptions and dashboards
YOUR SKILLS
You enjoy organising, set clear priorities, and bring structure to parallel topics even in a busy campaign day-to-day. You work carefully, proactively and service-oriented with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of B2B campaign and project management
- Experience in internal and external interface management
- Confident handling of KPI, reporting and performance analyses
- Understanding of digital marketing, content and publication processes
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Independent prioritisation and efficient time management
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
