- Dedicate yourself to the craft, visual polish and quality of deliverables, demonstrating a high level of proactivity and commitment to the evolution of the product.
- Design friendly, creative and intuitive interfaces, with attention to detail and visual excellence.
- Conduct research and tests with users to understand their needs, behaviors and interactions.
- Constantly pursue excellence by identifying problems, testing hypotheses and discovering opportunities that drive improvements in the experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions.
- Develop prototypes, run experiments and usability tests to find answers quickly and efficiently.
- Base your design decisions on data, experience metrics and research results.
- Commit to documenting the design process in a clear, transparent and accessible way.
Qualifications
- Academic background in Design, Advertising or related fields.
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in consultancies and companies in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Visual Design and/or UI Design.
- Portfolio with excellence in visual work.
- Passion for the craft.
- Prior experience in Branding.
- Prior work at fintechs is a strong differentiator.
