Job Description

As part of strengthening our client's security framework, we are looking for an IAM Expert (Identity & Access Management) to support the design, deployment, and evolution of identity and access management within a complex and cross-functional environment.

You will work on strategic topics related to identity governance, access security, and regulatory compliance, in close collaboration with Security, IT, and Business teams.

Main Responsibilities

As an IAM Expert, your responsibilities will include:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain IAM / IGA solutions (identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access recertification).

  • Define and implement authorization models (RBAC / ABAC) and access policies according to the Least Privilege principle.

  • Integrate business applications (on-premise and cloud) with IAM solutions (ERP, CRM, internal tools, SaaS).

  • Implement and maintain strong authentication mechanisms: SSO, MFA, identity federation.

  • Participate in IAM architecture definition and solution selection.

  • Write functional and technical specifications, operational procedures, and associated documentation.

  • Contribute to security audits, access reviews, and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).

  • Provide advanced-level support (L2/L3) and participate in continuous improvement of the IAM system.

  • Support business teams in change management and solution adoption.

Qualifications

  • You hold an engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5

  • You have solid expertise in IAM / IGA / PAM concepts (JML, roles, authorizations, recertification, SoD).

  • You have experience with at least one IAM solution on the market: SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow), Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, ForgeRock, One Identity, Ping Identity.

  • You master authentication and federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos.

  • You have good knowledge of application integrations (REST API, IAM connectors, middleware).

  • You have fluent English.

  • Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is appreciated.
