Job Description
Lead analytical consulting teams in the execution of strategic, high-impact projects for clients, working across credit, collections, analytics and risk management. Responsible for turning data into actionable insights, promoting the use of analytical solutions, statistical models, scores and business intelligence that contribute to decision-making, optimization of results and the generation of value for clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams of consultants and analytical specialists.
- Manage strategic projects with different client profiles.
- Act as a consultative reference for clients, identifying business opportunities and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Ensure delivery of projects with a high standard of quality, within deadlines and expected results.
- Translate business challenges into analytical solutions, using data, statistical models, scores and artificial intelligence where applicable.
- Promote the strategic use of data to support decisions and drive client results.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at managerial and executive levels.
- Monitor performance, profitability, productivity and client satisfaction indicators.
- Identify market trends, innovation and best practices related to analytics and credit.
- Contribute to the growth of the area through the development of new business, offering of solutions and strengthening of the consulting value proposition.
- Strong involvement in commercial fronts with Go to Market and Sales teams.
Qualifications
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems or related areas.
- Postgraduate studies/MBA/Master's degree will be considered a differentiator.
- Advanced/fluent English.
- Experience with analytics tools, statistical modeling and artificial intelligence is required.
- Experience leading large teams.
- Experience in data companies, credit bureaus, consultancies or financial institutions will be considered a differentiator.
- Experience managing consumer (PF) and business (PJ) credit operations.
