- Previous experience in managing commercial teams, preferably in indirect/partner channels.
- Experience in B2B sales for the SME segment.
- Familiarity with sales channel management, incentives, and partner relationship management.
- Analytical ability to read commercial indicators and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership profile focused on people development and results-based management (goals/KPIs).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with external stakeholders (partners).
- Availability for travel and visits to partners in different regions of Brazil — being present with the Partner is fundamental (Roam model).
- Completed higher education (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in companies with a sales model via channel/partners (e.g., resellers, distributors, B2B marketplaces).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and BI for performance tracking.
- Experience in designing incentive and training programs for partners (Partner Enablement).
What your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead, develop, and engage a commercial team dedicated to generating SME sales through partners already active in the base.
- Define and track sales goals per partner, ensuring the achievement of channel results.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic partners, acting as a bridge between the partner and the internal commercial operation.
- Monitor team and channel performance indicators (conversion, average ticket, sales cycle, productivity per partner, etc.) and take action on deviations.
- Develop commercial action plans together with partners to boost sales volume and the quality of the acquired base (prospecting strategies, search for the ideal customer, and expansion of the Partner's operation).
- Maintain a cadence of follow-ups (1:1s, pipeline meetings, performance reviews) with the team and key partners.
- Train and coach the indirect sales team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and partner relationship processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Commercial Strategy areas to enable campaigns and incentives that drive sales via the channel.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the commercial process and the partner/salesperson journey.
- Report channel results, risks, and opportunities to commercial leadership.
