Perform preventive fraud analysis on purchases made online within or outside Brazil. These analysts handle orders with fraud risk ranging from the lowest to the highest, and may work on order screening, double-checking already screened orders, as well as re-analyses, priorities, specific client control groups, among others. Your service is focused on decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze purchase/service requests with the goal of approving these requests and avoiding losses resulting from fraud (CBK), making telephone contact in English or Portuguese with the customer when necessary and ensuring the delivery of your goals;
  • Execute massive analyses on purchase/service requests;
  • Participate in meetings for alignment and discussion of improvements in the analysis process and professional and personal development;
  • Handle customer service (SAC) demands regarding prioritization in analyses;
