Perform preventive fraud analysis on purchases made over the internet within or outside Brazil. These are analysts who handle purchase orders with fraud risk ranging from the lowest to the highest, and may work in order screening or as a double-check of already screened orders, as well as re-analyses, priorities, control groups for specific customers, among others. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze purchase/service requests with the objective of approving these requests and preventing losses resulting from fraud (CBK) by making phone contact in English or Portuguese with the customer when necessary and ensuring delivery of your targets;
  • Execute massive analyses on purchase/service requests;
  • Participate in meetings for alignment and discussion of improvements in the analysis process and professional and personal development;
  • Address customer service (SAC) demands regarding prioritization in analyses;
