As an AUT Operator, you are responsible for a wide range of tasks, with the primary focus being the correct execution of AUT work. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise and play an important role in challenging pipeline projects throughout the Netherlands. Because work locations are spread nationwide, traveling and staying overnight are core aspects of this varied position.
Your main responsibilities are:

Correct execution of NDT work according to technical procedures;

Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining equipment, as well as interpreting results and preparing reports;

Working safely according to company and client regulations and promoting a professional and customer-oriented attitude;

Active contribution to a safe working environment and compliance with safety rules.

Your profile
You are an experienced professional with an eye for quality and safety. Furthermore, you possess:

Certifications according to ISO 9712 in UT2, MT2, and preferably also PT2;

Good knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills in Dutch;

A flexible attitude, the ability to perform diverse tasks, and the ability to switch quickly when faced with unexpected work assignments;

Willingness to travel and be away from home for longer periods (weekends in consultation);

At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in NDT, including relevant training and certifications;

A high school diploma or equivalent.
About the department The Pipeline Service NL department is part of the BU Center of Expertise CoE, where we work with a diverse team of experts on innovative solutions. You will be part of an informal, no-nonsense department consisting of 4 AUT operators and a Team Leader. Within this team, we like to get things done and work from an honest and open culture.
