As an Operational Quality Assurance Coordinator within the Packaging sector, you develop, through coaching, the Quality culture on the ground, in compliance with current regulations, Sanofi policies and directives, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Founded in 1973 in Normandy, the Val de Reuil site is today the leading European producer of flu vaccines, accounting for 60% of Sanofi's global flu vaccine production. A center of excellence in Formulation, Filling, Finishing & Packaging, the site relies on more than €700 million of investments made over the last 20 years and is now accelerating toward next-generation vaccines, including mRNA technologies. Main responsibilities:
- Lead, together with all stakeholders involved, improvement initiatives to advance control of product and procedure quality
- Take charge of Quality reviews of the various processes or projects in the sector (production, quality control, subcontracting, cross-functional functions…), following standard work plans
- Contribute to managing the sector's quality indicators (deviations, corrective/preventive actions, effectiveness follow-up, change control, batch records…)
- Support field teams through coaching to sustainably strengthen the Quality culture
- Contribute to resolving recurring problems and complex investigations by providing concrete solutions
- Challenge the status quo and propose continuous improvements within the packaging unit
- Work closely with partner sectors to ensure consistency of Quality practices

A fixed salary over 12 months, as well as profit-sharing and incentive scheme based on the results of the Sanofi Group.

About you
Experience: Experience gained in production, quality control or Quality Assurance
Soft skills and know-how:
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP and Quality processes in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Autonomy and team spirit
- Leadership and decision-making ability
- Results/customer/solution orientation
- Ability to prioritize and challenge the status quo
- Interpersonal ease and rigor
- Synthesis and analytical skills, proactive proposals
Education: Pharmacist degree with a thesis.
Language(s): French, English

The salary range for this position is :€42 400,00 - €56 533
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
