About the role

As an Operational Quality Assurance Coordinator within the Packaging sector, you will develop a Quality culture in the field through coaching, in compliance with current regulations, Sanofi policies and directives, Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF/cGMP), and Good Distribution Practices (BPD). Established in 1973 in Normandy, the Val de Reuil site is now the leading European producer of flu vaccines, accounting for 60% of Sanofi's global flu vaccine production. As a center of excellence in Formulation, Filling, Finishing & Packaging, the site leverages over €700 million in investments made over the last 20 years and is now accelerating toward next-generation vaccines, including mRNA technologies. With more than 2,200 employees, Val de Reuil is a pillar of Sanofi's industrial network, combining expertise, innovation, and resilience to advance the vaccines that protect the world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, with all involved stakeholders, improvement initiatives to advance the control of product quality and procedures
  • Manage Quality reviews for various processes or projects in the sector (production, quality control, subcontracting, cross-functional roles, etc.), in compliance with standard work plans
  • Participate in managing the sector's quality indicators (anomalies, corrective/preventive actions, effectiveness monitoring, change control, batch records, etc.)
  • Support field teams through coaching to sustainably strengthen the Quality culture
  • Contribute to resolving recurring problems and complex investigations by providing concrete solutions
  • Challenge the status quo and propose continuous improvements within the packaging unit
  • Collaborate closely with partner sectors to ensure the consistency of Quality practices

What we offer:

A fixed salary over 12 months, as well as profit-sharing & incentives based on the results of the Sanofi Group.

About you

  • Experience: Experience gained in production, quality control, or Quality Assurance
  • Soft skills and expertise:
    • Knowledge of BPF/BPD and Quality processes in the pharmaceutical sector
    • Proficiency in IT tools
    • Autonomy and team spirit
    • Leadership and decision-making ability
    • Results/customer/solution-oriented
    • Ability to prioritize and challenge the status quo
    • Interpersonal skills and rigor
    • Synthesis and analytical skills, ability to propose solutions
  • Education: Pharmacist degree with a thesis.
  • Language(s): French, English

The salary range for this position is :€42 400,00 - €56 533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
