Every car shared on Getaround replaces between 5 and 8 personal cars. Fewer cars mean more space, less pollution, and flexible access to mobility.
Thanks to our connected car technology, our users can book and unlock a vehicle directly from our app, without access cards, keys, or queues.

🎯 Your missions

Install, uninstall, and perform maintenance on our Getaround Connect electronic boxes in cars (the candidate will be trained for this). You will generally be in the field 4 days a week (traveling in a company vehicle between appointments) and 1 day a week in the office (remote work possible on this day after skills validation).

Ensure follow-up of interventions made in the company's internal software and the efficiency of operations.

Improve maintenance processes by ensuring quick responses to technical problems encountered and meeting our service level agreement (SLA).

Assist customer service in assessing maintenance needs and enabling vehicle activation on the platform.

Categorize and quantify problems reported by customer service in order to improve processes and thus avoid them upstream.
🚗 The Connect Team
Our Connect team in Europe is made up of 4 people.
You will report to Margot, our Connect Operations Manager, and work in close collaboration with Marius, our technical lead.
You will work hand-in-hand with our customer support team and the team in charge of managing our car owners on the platform.
This position is to be filled starting in September!
