We are Getaround, one of the world's leading car-sharing platforms. Millions of users share thousands of cars in over 1,500 cities across 6 countries.
Our mission is simple: make our cities more pleasant to live in through car-sharing.
Each car shared on Getaround replaces between 5 and 8 personal vehicles. Fewer cars means more space, less pollution, and flexible access to mobility.
Thanks to our connected car technology, our users can reserve and unlock a vehicle directly from our app, without access cards, keys, or queues.

🎯 Your missions

Install, uninstall and perform maintenance on our Getaround Connect electronic devices in vehicles (you will be trained for this). You will typically spend 4 days per week in the field (traveling by company vehicle between appointments) and 1 day per week in the office (remote work possible on this day after skills validation).

Ensure follow-up of interventions in the company's internal software and operational efficiency

Improve maintenance processes by ensuring rapid responses to technical issues encountered and achievement of our service level (SLA)

Help the customer service team assess maintenance needs and enable vehicle activation on the platform.

Categorize and quantify issues reported by the customer service team in order to improve processes and prevent them upstream.
🚗 The Connect team
Our Connect team in Europe consists of 4 people.
You will report to Margot, our Connect Operations Manager, and work closely with Marius, our technical lead.
You will work hand in hand with our customer support team and the team responsible for managing our car owners on the platform.

Good communicator (with other teams and external collaborators)
