Main responsibilities:
- Take part in analyzing the current system by examining how training data is currently organized, identifying weak points and understanding the team's real needs
- Contribute to designing practical solutions by proposing new ways to organize and store raw data that are simple to use and easy to maintain
- Support the rollout of new processes by helping the team adopt them and ensuring everyone understands how they work
- Contribute to validating proposed solutions by implementing them on a small scale, adjusting based on feedback and ensuring they work properly
- Take part in training colleagues by helping them adopt new tools, answering their questions and supporting them through the transition
- Contribute to data security by ensuring the solutions implemented reduce risks related to the physical handling of archives
About you
- Technical and interpersonal skills: Proactive, team spirit, rigor. Ability to identify practical solutions to concrete problems, and ability to guide change with teaching skills
- Education: Bac+3 in administrative management, continuous improvement or quality
- Languages: English (reading)
