As a digital transformation project support intern within our digital transformation platform, you will contribute to the deployment, validation and adoption of digital solutions across more than fifteen sites around the world. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:
- Support project managers in setting up and monitoring digital transformation initiatives, including schedule management, stakeholder coordination and project documentation
- Take part in designing communication and training materials such as newsletters, explanatory videos and user guides, to support teams in adopting new digital solutions
- Take part in facilitating workshops and awareness sessions on new digital tools
- Contribute to the validation process of digital tools in a regulated environment
- Take part in testing and in analysing user feedback to optimise the experience and effectiveness of the deployed solutions
- Get involved in collecting and analysing user feedback, as well as monitoring performance indicators such as adoption rate, time savings and quality improvement
- Be a source of proposals for improving digital processes to strengthen their effectiveness
About you
- Technical and interpersonal skills: autonomy, dynamism, rigour. Skills in programming languages and content creation. Proficiency with collaborative digital tools
- Education: Bachelor's +4/5 in data science, digital communication, digital transformation
- Languages: fluent English
