Key responsibilities:
- Participate in monitoring related action plans, carry out certain actions directly in the field, and check the results of the actions deployed
- Take part in drafting the document mapping and production documents related to implementing the new process in production
- Contribute to deploying the training strategy for production and support teams
- Provide support in leading certain training sessions, notably by revising or creating the documentation needed to train production and support teams
- Support new improvement opportunities for the production schedule of second-generation Thymoglobuline
- Collaborate with the production, quality, and health-safety-environment teams to bring actions to completion
About you
- Technical and interpersonal skills: rigor, teamwork, proactiveness. Knowledge of purification processes and knowledge of regulations
- Education: Bac+5 (master's level) in pharmacy or engineering
- Languages: intermediate English
