About Zocdoc
What is Zocdoc?
Zocdoc is the country's leading digital-health marketplace — "each month, millions of patients use our free service to find nearby, in-network providers, compare choices based on verified patient reviews, and instantly book in-person or video visits online", spanning all 50 states, 200+ specialties and 12,000+ insurance plans. Founded in New York in 2007, it has raised $376M and grown to roughly 1,300 people building the booking, insurance-matching and provider tools that make healthcare feel, for a moment, like the rest of the internet.
Where will I work?
New York, mostly — Zocdoc is NYC-hybrid at heart, with a meaningful slice of Remote-US roles across its 53 current openings (engineering, product, FP&A, sales and operations; its Pune engineering arm runs on separate terms and isn't part of our feed).
What is the Zocdoc team like?
Product-led health-tech at consumer scale: the roles are software, data, design and go-to-market — marketplace work, not clinical practice — inside one of the few NYC consumer brands whose product genuinely reduces life admin.
Work-Life Balance
Thirty-eight of its US postings carry the benefits block, verbatim: "Flexible work environment · Unlimited Vacation · 100% paid employee health benefit options" — with competitive parental leave and fertility/family-planning reimbursement alongside.
Perks and Benefits

How we verified this listing
Thirty-eight of the fifty-three live postings on Zocdoc's own Greenhouse board carried the unlimited-vacation block when we listed it; the fifteen without it are its Pune engineering roles, so we scoped our feed to the US organization — the same regional-honesty standard we apply to every transatlantic board. A seventeen-year-old, late-stage company with 100%-paid health options and a written unlimited policy across every US function is a strong package on paper; review-site ratings were unreachable at add time, disclosed as with this whole cohort.
