About Virtuous
What is Virtuous?
Virtuous is a modern software platform that helps mid-sized charities build better relationships with their donors. The product line — Virtuous CRM+, Virtuous Raise, Virtuous Analytics, Virtuous Insights, and Virtuous Volunteer — gives nonprofit teams an integrated system for fundraising, marketing, volunteerism, and online giving. Solutions are tailored across causes (Human Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, Education K-12, Faith & Ministries) and roles (Executives, Development, Finance, Marketing, Database Admin).
The company's mission is direct: "on a mission to inspire global generosity by helping nonprofits build better relationships with their donors," and the careers page sums up the team identity in one line: "we are a community of disrupters, innovators, and do-gooders who find joy in serving our teammates and the nonprofit sector." Virtuous hosts an annual customer event, Respond '26, in May.
Where will I work?
Virtuous is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona with remote-eligible roles across the U.S. listed on the Ashby board. Open positions span engineering, product, sales, customer success, and marketing — all aligned to the responsive-fundraising thesis the platform is built around.
What is the Virtuous team like?
Virtuous describes the team character as "hungry, humble, and committed to delivering best-in-class software solutions, customer success interactions, and sales experiences to the world's leading nonprofits." The team is "driven to disrupt the status quo in the nonprofit sector." The careers page is explicit on inclusion: "At Virtuous, we value a diversity of backgrounds and beliefs. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment where every team member is treated fairly and truly belongs. We are on a journey to create a workplace and world where everyone has equal access to connect their greatest passions with their fullest potential."
