Its postings call it "the global leader in true SaaS enterprise EHS & ESG technology" and say the VelocityEHS Accelerate Platform is for "managing ESG, Safety, Industrial Ergonomics, Control of Work, Health, Operational Risk and Environmental Compliance". They add that its customers "include the world's most esteemed Fortune 1000 corporations" and that it still operates "with the same start-up mentality that has made us the leading cloud EHS company".
Its history page shows how the company was assembled. MSDSonline (est. 1996) and KMI (est. 2003) "Formed VelocityEHS 2015", and E3 Solutions, Humantech, ChemTel, Spiramid, Meercat, OneLook Systems, Kinetica Labs and Contractor Compliance joined between 2016 and 2023. Its careers page counts "140" countries "where VelocityEHS customers call home" and "500+" team members.
Where will I work?
Its careers page calls "Work For All" "our remote-first work plan that allows you to balance productivity with reduced stress and work from home with commute-free employment", and lists "Remote Work Enabled So You Can Work from Anywhere" among its benefits. All six postings on its UKG Pro job board on 2026-10-12 are remote: the customer experience internship is open to candidates who "reside anywhere in the United States or Canada", the three marketing manager roles are listed as remote in Canada, and the two enterprise account manager roles name Chicago, IL or Toronto, ON for "periodic in-person collaboration" (one prefers candidates near those cities, the other asks for them). The careers page lists seven regional operating centers: Chicago, Cork, Toronto, Ann Arbor, Tampa, London and Perth.
What is the VelocityEHS team like?
Its careers page says "We take the social and emotional life of our people seriously" and describes "monthly activities" and "incorporating employee feedback into work-life improvements". It lists an "Open Door Policy", an "Active Culture & Values Team", "Individualized Coaching" and a "Continuing Education Program", and sets out six values: Champion Customer Success, Build Honest & Open Relationships, Choose Simple, Be Humble, Make A Difference and Be A Team Player. Its postings describe job shadowing programs and one-on-one coaching, and its open roles on 2026-10-12 span marketing, enterprise account management and customer experience.
Work-Life Balance
Every posting on its own site lists "Summer Fridays (Memorial Day through Labor Day enjoy a 6-hour workday every Friday)": a shorter Friday every week of the summer. The careers page lists "Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Days", "Volunteer Time" and a "Paid Day of Reflection", but it does not publish a day count. Its postings add "Remote-first and flexible work schedule to fit your family's needs" and "Parental leave plans for all family types".
