What is Uplevel?
Uplevel is an engineering intelligence and transformation platform founded in 2018 and headquartered in Seattle. The platform aggregates data from work-management tools, code repositories and CI/CD pipelines to give engineering leaders visibility into delivery velocity, team health and the ROI of AI tooling. Customers include Avalara, Xactly, Remitly, Ping Identity and IFS.
Where will I work?
Fully remote across the United States, with quarterly in-person team offsites that bring the whole team together.
What is the Uplevel team like?
A ~63-person team building developer-productivity infrastructure for mid-to-large engineering orgs. Roles span backend/full-stack engineering, data science, product, design and go-to-market.
