What is Uncapped?
Uncapped says "founders shouldn't have to give away ownership of their company to fund growth", and provides "no-equity investments from $100k - $2 million" to founders and e-commerce companies, with products including daily payouts on Amazon sales, fixed-term loans, a line of credit and a cash advance. Its home page counts "2019" as the founding year, "4" countries and "2000+" loans, and the story section says its CEO "was previously a VC who met hundreds of founders" and saw them give up equity to fund marketing and inventory. The about page names Lakestar, Seedcamp, Global Founders Capital, Whitestar and Mouro Capital among its investors. On 2026-10-16 its Workable board listed five roles: a Credit Strategy Analyst (London), a KYC Analyst (Warsaw), a Senior Backend Engineer (Poland), and a Partnerships Account Manager and an SMB Account Executive (both remote in the USA).
Where will I work?
"Uncapped are a hybrid team, with hubs in London, Warsaw and Atlanta", and the careers page lists "Remote-first processes for ultimate flexibility" among its perks. In practice the postings differ by role. The Credit Strategy Analyst is a "Hybrid role based in London" and the KYC Analyst a "Hybrid role based in Warsaw"; the two US sales roles are "Remote role in the USA"; the Senior Backend Engineer is remote and based in Poland with occasional visits to the office. The benefits block lists "Optional workspaces in Warsaw, London and Atlanta". Each posting says it can only consider candidates who are eligible to work in the UK, USA or Poland without visa sponsorship, depending on the role.
What is the Uncapped team like?
The careers page describes "an informal and hard-working culture, in which we are constantly learning, testing and improving the way we do things", and says "Our amazing team come from top tech companies and startups such as Google, Skype, Moneysupermarket, Funding Circle, Oaknorth, and PayU." Its values are Impact, Courage, Communication, Passion and Inclusion; under Courage, for example, "You speak up when it's in Uncapped's best interest, even if it's uncomfortable". Postings call Uncapped "a start-up with big goals" that wants "to give everyone the benefits they really want". The Credit Strategy Analyst posting says "We are an AI led company so we expect you to be up to speed with the latest in the space and apply it in your day to day (We use Claude)", and the backend posting describes a "meetings-light, Kanban-driven team". The SMB Account Executive role is a "high-velocity, phone-first sales role" with "aggressive daily activity targets".
Work-Life Balance
Every posting lists unlimited holiday: "Unlimited holiday: we believe that well-rested and happy people make the best employees" (analysts), "Unlimited holiday — well-rested people make the best closers" (sales) and "Unlimited paid holiday" (backend). No minimum is stated, while the careers page also offers "Your birthday off" and "Generous holidays". Hours are not specified. The sales roles are target-driven, and the backend role expects a C1 level of English and eight years' experience.
