Where will I work?
Hybrid working from the Richmond, London office. Tails.com also offers a "work from anywhere" policy — employees can apply to work from anywhere for up to two weeks every six months to help recharge.

Tails.com runs a permanent 9-day fortnight for all staff. From their own careers page: "To boost mental and physical wellbeing we work a 9 day fortnight. Essentially this means out of every 10 days we work 9 — we take every other Friday as a non-working day."

Note: when a bank holiday falls in the fortnight, the working pattern adjusts. No reduction in pay or annual leave allowance despite the compressed schedule.
