Tabs' about page says "Building AI to power the future of modern finance and accounting" and "Tabs was founded by a team of operators who have spent decades building and scaling companies." Its homepage sells "Billing, collections, and revenue recognition for any pricing model – built to keep pace with AI", and the site carries the headlines "Tabs raises $55M Series B to automate revenue workflows" and "Tabs Secures $25M Series A Funding Led by General Catalyst". On 2026-10-16 its Ashby board listed 24 roles, all "Onsite - New York City, NY": customer success, implementation, solutions consulting, platform, payments and frontend engineering, an AI/ML research engineer, product, growth and talent acquisition.
Where will I work?
In the office, in Manhattan. Several postings say "This role is based in New York City 5 days a week at our Soho office", and one says "We are a NYC based team spending 5 days a week in-person at our offices in Soho in Manhattan." Two postings say "working together in our Manhattan office 4–5 days per week" and one says "4x a week in office". There is no remote or hybrid role on the board.
What is the Tabs team like?
The careers page lists values such as "Be curious and embrace the importance and complexity of finance" and "We establish trust through ownership accompanied by relentless execution", and one team member praises "a culture that moves fast while keeping daily laughter in the office". Postings describe an "In-office culture with people you want to work with" and say "Expense coffee, lunch, and dinner when in the office". The Technical Support Analyst posting notes "Some level of out-of-hours coverage required, given we are a 24x7 SaaS operation."
Work-Life Balance
All 24 postings list "Unlimited PTO" and "Parental leave up to 12 weeks". The careers page words the time-off policy as "You decide when and how long to take time off (without the guilt trips)." No page states a minimum amount of time off or hours, so the unlimited policy comes with no stated floor, and the board's office-attendance rule is four or five days a week.
