S&P Global's published Global Parental Leave Policy (effective January 2024) covers both parents, in every country, with no tenure requirement: parental leave is paid for up to 26 weeks (or the statutory minimum if higher), usable within 12 months of birth, adoption, surrogacy or foster placement. The policy also formally protects your leave: "People Leaders and others should not contact any colleague who is on an approved long term leave of absence."
