Serps Invaders has worked a four-day, Monday-to-Thursday week since September 2013 — by its CEO's account, the first agency in Europe to make the switch. The working week (~37.5 hours) is compressed into four days with the office closed on Fridays, and staff choose their own working hours. The company reports a 96% reduction in absenteeism and 94% reduction in overtime since the change.
