What is Savvy Wealth?
Savvy Wealth is a wealth-management firm built around its own technology. It is a registered investment advisor (RIA), CRD # 318493, "partnering with independent financial advisors" — giving them transition support, back-office practice management, RIA compliance infrastructure, investment management, marketing and technology integrations so they can run their own practices. Its framing of the market: "Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work." Its mission, in its own words, is "to make great financial advice easier to deliver."
Growth has been fast. Savvy describes itself as the "#1 fastest growing RIA network", a claim it bases on Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company ratings and its own internal data, and its site announces a $100M Series C.
Where will I work?
Mostly in Manhattan. "All NYC-based roles operate on a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesday as an optional work-from-home day." On top of that, "Employees also receive 12 additional WFH days per year to use at their discretion." The live board is mainly hybrid and on-site New York roles, with a smaller set of fully remote US positions.
What is the Savvy Wealth team like?
A team of around 100 with a clear set of values. "Win together": "We leave ego at the door, debate with conviction, and execute as one team." "Compound daily", "Seek truth" and "Own the outcome" complete the list. New hires join Basecamp, "our structured onboarding program designed to provide a broad understanding of Savvy's business, teams, and culture", with sessions led by leaders across the company and workshops on topics such as effective communication and Equity 101. "We run promotion cycles twice a year, giving employees a clear and consistent cadence for advancement", and every role has a defined career path.
Work-Life Balance
Savvy's schedule perk is unlimited PTO, stated on the careers page and in the benefits of every live job posting, alongside paid company holidays. The careers page adds: "We trust you to take what you need, and leadership sets the example so people actually do." It is still a full-time, mostly in-office week — the flexibility is in uncapped leave, the optional Wednesday at home and the 12 floating WFH days, not in shorter hours.
