The two Portland roles are tied to Portland: the Field Service Technician posting says "travel up to 70% of the time" with "up to 2 weeks at a time on the road", and the Fulfilment Support Tech's primary work location is Portland with occasional installation travel. The UK Field Service Technician is "a full-time role based in the UK" and involves travel "across the UK and Northern Ireland, up to 70% of the time". The careers page mentions colleagues "across the US, Canada, and into the UK".

Little else about internal culture is published, and the field roles list "Occasional overtime, schedule adjustments, or overnight travel" for the Fulfilment Support Tech.
