What is Ridgeline?
Ridgeline is the first front-to-back, AI-native system of record for investment managers — portfolio management, trading, accounting and client ops in one cloud platform. It was founded in 2018 by Dave Duffield, the co-founder of both PeopleSoft and Workday, and runs from the Lake Tahoe area (Incline Village, NV) with offices in Reno, the Bay Area, New York and Dublin. By March 2026 it had surpassed $650 billion in committed assets under management on the platform, with around 550 employees building it.
Where will I work?
Ridgeline is office-anchored with genuine flexibility: hubs in Incline Village (Lake Tahoe!), Reno, San Ramon, New York and Dublin, plus "select remote opportunities". If working a ski season's distance from a world-class lake appeals, this is the rare enterprise-software company where that's the default.
