What is PVcase?
PVcase's vision is "Accelerating the renewable energy transition by providing the industry-leading software platform." It sells solar design software, a platform that "connects site selection, PV design, and yield estimation into one continuous workflow", with products named Prospect, Ground Mount, Roof Mount and Yield. The about page says it is "Trusted by over 1,800 companies in 80+ countries" and powers "more than 4 TW of projects each year", after "eight years of continuous growth". The careers page counts "250 +" employees, "14 +" countries and "24 +" languages. On 2026-10-16 its Recruitee board listed ten roles, all remote: engineering (a Software Engineer .NET and a Platform DevOps Engineer), people (a People Generalist and two People Business Partners), sales (a Sales Director for North America, an Account Executive and a Sales Development Representative for the US), a Product Marketing Manager and a German-speaking Customer Success Manager.
Where will I work?
The postings say "Enjoy unlimited remote work or join the vibrant offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Barcelona", and the careers page lists a Vilnius office (HQ), a Kaunas office and a Barcelona co-working space. Every current posting is listed "Remote" with a country or US state: Lithuania, Spain, Germany, or states including Florida, Texas, New York and California. The careers page says "You decide how you work. PVcase offers unlimited remote work, flexible hours, and the option for workation". Several postings state "Immigration-related employment support, such as visa sponsorship or transfer, is not available for this position."
What is the PVcase team like?
The careers page names three values: "Lead", "Forward" and "Together", the last described as "built on trust, mutual accountability, open communication, empathy, and inclusion". It promises "Epic team gatherings and off-sites", including "departmental off-sites, team activities, and our famous PVcase Summer Camp". The postings add "Frequent in-office and after-hours activities with team members" and "Internal transparency with company results and salary system, promoting a culture of trust and collaboration." Salary ranges are published on most postings, for example 44,000 to 60,000 EUR a year for the .NET engineer in Lithuania and $126,600 to $160,000 for the Platform DevOps Engineer.
Work-Life Balance
The postings list "Flexible working hours, harmonizing your personal and professional life" and "Half-day Summer Fridays". The careers page spells out the time off: "In addition to annual leave, you get extra days off for your birthday, wellbeing day, non-smoker day, half-day Fridays during summer, and time for volunteering." The number of annual leave days is not stated, and neither are core hours. The schedule is a half-day on summer Fridays, not a shorter week.
