What is Proxima?

Proxima is a Conversion Intelligence platform for ecommerce. It is built on a proprietary "Commerce Graph" that spans more than 73 million buyers across over 2,000 ecommerce brands, which it uses to work out what actually drives conversion across the wider market — not just inside a single advertiser's own ad accounts. The platform turns those behavioural signals into clear creative direction: which angles to test next and which concepts are worth turning into variations.

What sets the underlying data apart, according to the company, is that it is deterministic (drawn from real orders rather than inferred from web sessions), granular down to SKU-level receipt data, and point-in-time, with timestamped history that supports recency scoring and machine learning without look-ahead bias. Proxima is a product of Innovation Brands Corp. and is led by ecommerce and marketing-technology veterans who say they have built and scaled more than eight companies across commerce, data and growth.

Where will I work?

Proxima is headquartered in New York City and runs a hybrid setup out of its NYC office, describing the culture as collaborative and in-person. The team supplements day-to-day office work with quarterly team events held both in and out of the office. The current openings on its Ashby board are all based in New York.
