Process Street describes itself as "the easy, no-code way to help teams build, automate, and track recurring workflows and tasks." Its About page tells how a simple workflow tool became a Compliance Operations Platform: "At Process Street, we believe compliance is not a tax on growth, it is the engine of it." The platform connects three layers: policies that are governed and controlled, workflows that execute those policies automatically, and real-time oversight with audit-ready proof built in.
The site names three products: Docs (document management and policy control), Ops (workflow automation and process orchestration) and Cora (an AI compliance and risk agent). Current sales postings also describe Dash, a browser and Slack-native AI coworker, as brand new. Process Street says it powers processes for "3000+ companies" across finance, healthcare, technology and government, and lists Accel, Salesforce and Atlassian as backers. Its mission is "to make work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere."
Where will I work?
Anywhere with a connection. The careers page promises "No offices, no commute" and says "We work where we want; anywhere there's reliable internet." Job postings call the company a startup from San Francisco whose team is "spread across 9 different time zones", and the hours depend on the role: Account Executives are based in Eastern, Central or Pacific time; the Junior Customer Success Manager role is open to candidates outside the United States but works US business hours, "primarily Pacific Time"; the Senior Software Engineer posting asks for a time zone between UTC-6 and UTC+2.
What is the Process Street team like?
The company calls itself "a lean, flexible, globally distributed team with an inclusive philosophy." Its careers page lists seven values: Move fast, Laser focus, Delight customers, Continuous improvement, Act like an owner ("Show trust in the team and readiness to help"), Over-communicate everything twice ("Share thoughts with transparency and context") and Diversity, belonging and inclusion.
Postings add that people "communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work", and that the team builds relationships through virtual coffee chats, games and story-telling. Engineering works in Shape Up cycles, six weeks of building followed by two-week cooldowns, on Scala 3 and Play, Postgres, React and AWS. The engineering posting says "A typical week for our engineers and designers has fewer than 5 hours of meetings."
