Power Digital is an independent growth marketing agency. It introduces itself in every job ad as "a tech-enabled growth firm - at the intersection of marketing, consulting & data intelligence - igniting revenue and brand recognition for leading and emerging companies around the world," and its own site describes it as "a leading, privately held growth marketing agency."
The agency now positions itself as "an AI-native growth marketing agency," explaining: "We pair world class vertical experts with Omega, our AI operating system, giving every account the benefit of dedicated vertical expertise and enterprise intelligence." Omega is "backed by Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer." Client work spans "SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic + CTV, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Email + SMS, Conversion Rate Optimization, Retail Marketing, and Creative."
Where will I work?
Power Digital has four listed offices: San Diego (headquarters, 9605 Scranton Rd), New York (407 Broome St), Atlanta (5342 Peachtree Rd) and Medellin, Colombia. Hiring, though, is overwhelmingly remote — every one of the 163 live roles is posted as remote, split between the United States and a broad Latin American footprint covering Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras and Nicaragua.
The published policy is a "fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid," which appears in 54 of the live ads. Benefits differ by region: US roles list medical, dental and vision plans plus a 401(k), while Latin America roles instead list a "healthcare stipend: $50/month to support your healthcare or insurance costs."
What is the Power Digital team like?
The agency publishes eight values, including "Integrity, loyalty, and trust above all," "Maintain autonomy and freedom," "Don't dwell on problems, find solutions," "Always innovate" and "Have fun, don't take yourself too seriously." The careers page sums it up as "we lead with a growth mindset... And we like to have fun along the way."
Its Chief People Officer states: "Our people have always been and will always be our #1 priority. They are the heart of our organization, our greatest asset, and the biggest driver behind our success." Development is structured rather than ad hoc — new joiners get "a seamless onboarding training program," and the agency says it offers "over 100 training sessions to our team throughout the year for professional and personal development," alongside its named internal programmes, Hedgehog and Vital 5s.
Work-Life Balance
The careers page states: "Our full time team members have access to a wide range of benefits including 401k match, unlimited PTO, paid service hours, mental health recharge days, medical coverage, and more." Job ads put it as "Unlimited Time Off available on day one."
On top of that sit "12 observed United States national holidays + 2 mental health recharge days per year," "up to 4 hours per quarter for paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO)" and an Employee Assistance Program. Nothing on Power Digital's site or job board mentions a four-day week, 32-hour week or compressed hours.
