About Pindrop
What is Pindrop?
Pindrop is the voice-security company — real-time caller authentication and fraud detection for contact centers, and increasingly the deepfake-detection layer for an AI-audio world. Founded in Atlanta in 2011 out of Georgia Tech research, it has raised $493.8M and protects many of the largest banks, insurers and retailers in the US, analyzing billions of calls for signs of spoofing, synthetic voices and account-takeover fraud.
Where will I work?
From home: nearly all of Pindrop's seventeen current openings are US-Remote, spanning engineering, research, sales, customer success and marketing.
What is the Pindrop team like?
Around 370 people — voice-biometrics researchers, ML engineers, fraud analysts and enterprise go-to-market teams — working one of security's most consequential frontiers as generative audio makes "is this voice real?" a billion-dollar question.
Work-Life Balance
Pindrop's benefits block appears near-uniformly across its postings, verbatim: "Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)" — alongside two structural focus protections: "Focus Thursday" (a meeting-light day) and "Company-wide Rest Days", where the whole company stops together. Collective rest days are the strongest antidote to unlimited-PTO ambiguity: nobody's calendar fills while everyone else is out.
Perks and Benefits
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Company-wide Rest Days — the whole company off together
- Focus Thursdays with reduced meetings
- Remote-first US roles
- Competitive compensation in a category-defining security company
How we verified this listing
Twelve of seventeen live postings on Pindrop's own Greenhouse board carried the identical benefits block when we listed it — "Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)" plus Focus Thursday and company-wide Rest Days — across engineering, research and go-to-market roles alike. The Rest Days detail matters for how we read the unlimited policy: scheduled, collective downtime is a structural commitment no manager can quietly erode. Our usual review-site work-life check was unavailable the day we added this profile (every review surface was bot-walled); we disclose that plainly, as we do across this cohort — the listing rests on the company's own written, board-wide commitments.
