What is Pave?
Pave is a compensation intelligence and management platform. It combines one of the largest real-time compensation datasets in tech with tools for benchmarking, merit cycles, pay bands, offers and total-rewards communication — helping companies make fair, data-backed pay decisions.
Founded in 2019 in San Francisco, Pave reached a $1.6B valuation with its Series C and serves thousands of companies, from startups to public enterprises.
Where will I work?
Pave runs a hybrid culture that brings teams together in person 3 to 4 days a week, with hubs in San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City and Krakow (Poland). Every Friday, the whole company gathers.
What is the Pave team like?
A ~170-person team across engineering, data science, product and go-to-market. The mission framing is bold — "unlock a labor market built on trust" — and the culture leans in-person and collaborative, with a commuter stipend to support it.
