What is Packback?
Packback is a Chicago education-technology company whose AI-supported discussion and writing platform helps college students learn through their own questions. Instructors use Packback's inquiry-based communities and writing feedback tools to boost engagement and critical thinking, with AI coaching that guides rather than gives answers.
Founded in 2014 (and famously backed by Mark Cuban after a Shark Tank appearance), Packback serves instructors and students at hundreds of colleges and universities.
