Our Team

We bring together a diverse mix of geoscientists, engineers, chemists, technologists, and corporate professionals who collaborate across offices, field locations, and laboratories worldwide. Oxy's Balanced Workplace Program gives many employees three core days in the office and two days working from home, fostering both collaboration and flexibility. Additionally, our 9/80 schedule and other flexible work arrangements help field and corporate staff achieve a sustainable balance between their professional and personal lives.
