NaturalMotion is a London mobile game studio and part of Zynga, which its website calls "the mobile label of Take-Two Interactive". Its board description says "Founded in 2001, NaturalMotion made its mobile debut with Backbreaker Football for iPhone in 2009", names "NFL Rivals and My Horse", and says it broke through "with the award winning CSR Racing in 2012". It calls CSR Racing 2 "the #1 drag racing game series of all time", and its postings describe "continued live-service development on CSR Racing 2" alongside "an ambitious, unannounced project", "a new, unannounced mobile free-to-play action game" built in Unreal Engine 5. It describes itself as "a wholly-owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc."
Where will I work?
All five of its postings on 2026-10-15 are in London, and each says "We embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home." The roles are a Senior Producer, a Senior Product Manager, a Senior Technical Animator, a Server & Infrastructure Engineer and a Software Engineer, all for the unannounced project. The Software Engineer posting describes "a well-rounded, passionate and tight-knit, distributed team".
What is the NaturalMotion team like?

Its postings promise "26 days holiday, plus bank holidays & 2 paid personal days", which is 26 + 8 bank holidays + 2 personal days = 36 days off a year in England. The parental terms are the stronger claim: "6 months fully paid maternity/adoption leave and 16 weeks fully paid paternity leave (eligibility criteria applies)". They also list "Flexible working hours", a hybrid week with 2 office days and the rest "at home", and a "Fitness reimbursement plan, worth £600 per annum". NaturalMotion does not publish a shorter working week.
