Myriad360 is a global systems integrator — in its own words "more than just a technology solutions provider; we are a strategic partner to our Clients as they navigate a rapidly evolving digital landscape", specialising in "Data Center Modernization, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence". The work spans advisory, integration and rack-and-stack, implementation, global services and logistics, lifecycle inventory management and FinOps, sold into healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, legal, retail, service providers and media. The mission it sets for its own staff is blunter: "to challenge and enable our employees to achieve great things."
Where will I work?
Myriad360 answers the location question directly: "Our headquarters is in New York, United States. We also have teams working remotely to support clients nationwide." The careers page calls the company a "Remote First Organization" in which "80% of roles are remote", and the live job board bears that out — most openings are listed simply as Remote, the rest anchored to US metros from New York City and Chicago to Denver, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Pittsburgh and Cleveland. Roles are US-based: postings state "Must be based in the United States", and field sales roles add weekly travel for in-person client meetings.
What is the Myriad360 team like?
The company describes a team "comprised of passionate sellers, client success experts, solutions architects, engineers, project managers, and logistics specialists" in a culture "that is dynamic, collaborative, and relentlessly client centric". Engineering is the largest hiring area today, followed by sales, with smaller numbers in client experience, accounting and legal, marketing and operations. Three core values are published on the site and repeated in every job ad: "We Before Me" ("we demonstrate empathy through our actions and solicit diverse voices and opinions"), "Dare To Be Great" ("big-picture thinkers who focus on solutions to problems") and "Own It" ("we set clear expectations, communicate proactively, and follow through on our commitments").
Work-Life Balance
Time off is Myriad360's most concrete commitment, and it is worded identically in both places a candidate would look. The careers page lists an "Unlimited PTO Policy: Ample time to recharge and relax"; the benefits block carried by all 45 current job ads opens with "Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)". Around it, the careers page frames the intent: "By championing work-life balance, we give our employees the support they need to succeed both inside and outside the office", in an environment "where people feel empowered to bring new ideas forward, grow their strengths, and be exactly who they are". Remote-first working is the other half of that — the default rather than the exception. Myriad360 publishes nothing about a reduced or compressed working week: no four-day, 32-hour or compressed-schedule language appears on its careers pages or in any live job ad.
