Parental leave
Monzo offers a standout parental leave policy: 26 weeks at 100% pay for the primary or birthing parent and 13 weeks at 100% pay for the secondary or non-birthing parent, each within a full 12 months of leave. In a country where statutory paternity pay is just two weeks, 13 fully paid weeks for the second parent is exceptional. Monzo also offers up to 12 weeks of paid neonatal leave for babies who need neonatal care.
