What is Mindtickle?
Mindtickle is a software company that sells a revenue enablement platform to sales and customer-facing teams. Its home page describes an "AI-powered revenue enablement platform built to ramp reps faster, engage the modern buyer, and close more deals". The company's 2023-24 ESG report says it has been transforming training for customer-facing teams since 2011 and names Cisco, Henkel, Juniper Networks and Janssen among the brands that use it. The company is venture-backed: a press release dated 5 August 2021 announced an additional $100 million Series E round and put total funding at $281M, with the company valued at $1.2 billion.
Where will I work?
Mindtickle's contact page lists a North America HQ at 535 Mission St in San Francisco and an APAC HQ at Solitaire World in Baner, Pune, plus an office in Bengaluru. The ESG report describes "offices in San Francisco, Pune and Bengaluru and employees working in multiple other countries". On 7 November 2026 the Lever job board listed 21 live adverts: 19 in Pune or Bengaluru and 2 located Remote, US. The careers page filters roles by On-site, Hybrid and Remote, and that day tagged 12 of the 21 Hybrid (both Remote, US roles among them) and 9 On-site, none Remote. The three India adverts that spell out the benefits list flexible hybrid work with the note "we care about output", without naming office days; one of them, the Group Product Manager role, is tagged On-site on the careers page. Adverts for the India offices add meals, snacks and spaces to focus, collaborate or decompress on site. The ESG report also describes a Future of Work policy that supports remote work, and elsewhere says the operating model "has recently started to transition back to working from offices".
What is the Mindtickle team like?
The adverts describe the values as "Delight Your Customers, Act as a Founder, and Better Together" and say "Our team spans 5+ countries, backgrounds, and perspectives." A Senior Product Designer advert describes the product as "built by a product team in India", and the Account Executive advert says "our co-founders work from the office". The ESG report's workforce table, whose data covers fiscal year 2023 unless stated otherwise, counts 602 employees, and the report says nearly 30% of management positions are held by women. The roles open on 7 November 2026 are white-collar: sales, product management, design, customer success, professional services, support engineering, security, IT and marketing.
Work-Life Balance
The hours-related wording is about leave rather than weekly hours. Three adverts for the India offices (Pune and Bengaluru), for an Account Executive (Commercial Sales), a Group Product Manager (Product Management) and a Security and Automation Engineer (Information Security & Privacy), each list "Unlimited paid time off, plus company holidays and all statutory leave entitlements". The other 18 adverts, including both Remote, US roles, say nothing about leave. The ESG report describes an unlimited leaves policy without naming a country or entity: "The unlimited leaves policy empowers our team members with the flexibility to manage their time in a way that best supports their personal well-being and the well-being of their families and close ones." Weekly hours, core hours and office days are not stated in the adverts or on the careers page, so ask about them at interview. The report also describes an annual global team gathering it calls a Workation, held online or in person.
