What is Mind?
Mind is the leading mental-health charity in England and Wales. Founded in 1946 as the National Association for Mental Health, it provides information, support and advocacy for anyone experiencing a mental health problem, and campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Where will I work?
Hybrid. Mind's national office is in Stratford, London, and national-office roles combine office and home working. Some roles are advertised as hybrid with a regional or home base.
What is the Mind team like?
Over 1,000 staff across policy and campaigns, fundraising, communications, digital, services, retail support and central functions. (This profile covers Mind's national-office roles — the ~150 Mind charity shops and the network of independent local Minds are run separately.)
